We gladly accept returns and exchanges however, if your earrings have been worn under any circumstances, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange. It's important to note that this policy is in place for health and safety reasons, as we are committed to ensuring that all our jewelry is in a pristine, unused condition.

Our return policy is valid for a period of 30 days.

We cannot accept returns for any product that has been removed from the heat-sealed baggie it was received in.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
